Job summary

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. seeks a Supervisor for Power Distribution Design who can lead a team remotely while delivering high-quality design and engineering support for power distribution projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with project engineers, and ensuring schedules and objectives are met across assigned tasks. The candidate will supervise, mentor, and manage performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Electric Utility Industry; supervisory/manager experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level leadership: supervise and lead a team or functional activities daily.
• Concurrently perform the work of those supervised.
• Support the Project Manager/Project Engineer with key duties and procedures review.
• Assist in reviewing function/project procedures, specifications, and standards.
• Set priorities with Project Engineer to ensure task completion and coordinate team work.
