Job summary
Leidos Engineering is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Strategic Program Consulting team within our Power Delivery Solutions division. You will lead project execution teams and manage cost, schedule, and scope for capital transmission/substation projects for electric utilities, with remote work and periodic travel to Kentucky area sites.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of PM experience in the electric utility sector, plus proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive Project Management experience within the Electric Utility Industry; experience at an electric utility is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with US Electric Utilities and understanding of electric power infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead electric utility project execution teams across engineering, permitting, environmental, and scheduling to deliver capital transmission/substation projects.
- Own portfolio performance including cost, schedule, and scope management; report progress and mitigate risks.
- Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to address issues and maintain communication.
