Job summary

Aperia Solutions, a Texas-based fintech and managed consultancy, seeks a Power BI & Power Apps Developer to build scalable BI and automation solutions for payments and compliance clients. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, develop dashboards and apps, and automate business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of BI/program management experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on Power BI and Power Apps development experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business/IT data, BI, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Apps development.
• Strong SQL development and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to define data, reporting, and process requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and external partners.
• Design and develop Power Apps applications to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead projects to enhance data, reporting, and app capabilities, focusing on data quality and automation.
• Create Power BI dashboards that surface insights by KPIs, trends, and performance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze data and present findings to management.
• Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions including Canvas Apps, forms, workflows, and automation.
• Support data models, datasets, data refreshes, security, and report performance.
• Assist business and finance stakeholders on ongoing initiatives and processes.
• Troubleshoot Power BI reports, Power Apps, data sources, and workflows.
