Job summary

Aperia is seeking a Power BI & Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team. You will craft end-to-end BI solutions, automate business processes with Power Apps, and ensure data-driven decisions across finance and operations.

Applicants should have strong SQL background, experience with Power BI dashboards, and familiarity with Dataverse and Power Automate. This is a remote 3-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.
• Hands‑on Power BI and Power Apps development experience.
• Strong SQL development experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data‑driven management, metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and other Power Platform data sources.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience in Financial Services/Payments/FinTech industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define data, reporting, and process requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop Power Apps to automate business processes.
• Lead projects to improve data quality, attributes, and automation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to surface insights via KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze data and present findings to management.
• Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Maintain Power Apps solutions including Canvas Apps and workflows.
• Support Power BI data models, datasets, and security.
• Assist business and finance stakeholders on ongoing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues with Power BI, Power Apps, data sources, and workflows.
