Qualifications

• 3+ years in business/IT program or project management
• Experience in Financial Services or Payments
• Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting
• Strong Excel skills with macros, pivot tables and charts
• Fast-paced environment; strong work ethic
• Strong problem-solving and consensus-building
• Hands-on Power BI and SQL
• Familiarity with VBA and Python

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to define data/reporting requirements
• Produce/distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports
• Lead projects to enhance data/reporting capabilities and automate processes
• Use data to generate insights and present KPIs/trends to leaders
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze data and present findings to management
• Support business/finance stakeholders on ongoing initiatives
