Job summary

Headfirst-B.v. is seeking a Power BI Developer to build and maintain dashboards that transform VMS/MSP program data into actionable metrics for internal and client use. You will pull data from VMS platforms, manual inputs, and existing systems, aiming to automate repetitive tasks over time.

You will collaborate with the BI team and stakeholders to turn reporting requests into reliable Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX, and data integration across multiple sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI/reporting experience with Power BI development.
• Experience with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Ability to translate requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, DAX, and visual layer development.
• Support VMS report configuration and data integration (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) via API connections.
• Pull and consolidate metrics from multiple sources, including manual calculations, for recurring monthly reporting.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and data structures to support dashboard needs.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and move towards fully automated solutions.
