Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a Power BI/Analytics Engineering Lead to provide SME-level leadership for shared semantic models, DAX measures, reporting standards, and secure BI deployment for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This role is remote, with Chicago-area candidates preferred.

The Lead will guide design, validation, and delivery of analytic models, dashboards, and self-service reporting while coordinating with government stakeholders, data engineers, and cybersecurity teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret clearance or higher.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and maintenance of shared semantic models.
• Develop and govern reusable DAX measures and relationships.
• Establish reporting standards for model design and validation.
• Lead dashboards, reports, and governed self-service reporting.
• Use Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and SQL for data prep and delivery.
• Define KPIs, rules, calculations, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with governance and cybersecurity teams on access controls.
