DeWinter Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager for post-sale execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead onboarding, services delivery, and expansion pipelines to ensure smooth customer launches and long-term value.

You will translate business needs into user stories in Salesforce and Rocketlane, shaping scalable operating models and cross-functional collaboration during a merger-related transition.

Formación

• 7+ years in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Customer Success Ops, or Revenue Ops.
• Deep expertise in SaaS onboarding, Professional Services delivery, and pipeline expansion management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce including integration workflows and data flows.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in Agile environments with user stories, backlog refinement, and testing.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize product and process requirements for post-sale workstreams (Professional Services, Customer Onboarding, Expansion Pipeline Management).
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories within Salesforce and Rocketlane (or similar PSA/onboarding platforms).
• Maintain customer continuity through launch and design scalable operating models for sustained success.
