Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years related work experience or HS diploma with 4+ years related work experience.
• Computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in applications.
• Excellent written communication skills demonstrated in applications.
• Attention to detail demonstrated in applications.

Responsibilities

• Examine awards to understand terms and administer projects, monitor for compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial budget reports and funding scenarios for PIs.
• Maintain accounting records for all awards in your portfolio.
• Reconcile accounts monthly with PPM and General Ledger.
• Coordinate personnel and purchasing with PI and SSC teams; review for terms and cost accounting standards.
