Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine awards to understand terms and administer the project according to award terms.
• Prepare monthly financial budget reports and forecast funding scenarios for PIs.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting records for all awards in the portfolio.
• Coordinate payroll, purchasing, and cost transactions related to awards; review for compliance.
• Meet with PIs regularly to update financial status and sponsor reporting.
• Support sponsor communications and reporting, including reporting deadlines and documentation.
