Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years related professional-level work experience OR a high school degree/GED plus a minimum of six years of related work experience.
• Excellent written communication skills as demonstrated by application materials.
• Experience that required computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills as evidenced in application materials.
• Prior work experience that required attention to detail, as demonstrated by application materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-award award administration for sponsored projects with a focus on secure research.
• Prepare and review budgeting, funding changes, and related reports for PIs and departments.
• Coordinate with HR, SSC finance, and other offices to ensure compliance with award terms and cost accounting standards.
• Act as liaison between PIs, sponsors, and campus units on secure research activities and policy updates.
• Support audits and reporting requirements for secure research portfolios.
