Canon is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Portuguese-speaking customers from a fully remote location based in Greece. You’ll handle product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage order-related questions, with training provided to help you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Portuguese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. Relocation package offered for successful candidates living abroad.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing development.
