Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic Portuguese-speaking customer support professionals to join a high-end team in Greece. You’ll troubleshoot tech gadgets, assist with orders, and deliver friendly, solution-focused help while you embrace a sunny, international lifestyle.

You’ll start with an intensive onboarding and training period, then work remotely from Greece. Relocation is provided with flights, airport pickup, and two weeks of paid accommodation, plus access to an on-site product lab.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese; good English for internal training.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Tech-minded with interest in gadgets and devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for Portuguese-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking, and resolve after-sales questions.
• Provide energetic, friendly, and solution-focused support to create memorable customer experiences.
• Navigate a sleek digital ecosystem, update customer records, and use support tools effectively.
