Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead strategy, governance, and execution for Product Infrastructure across multiple programs. You will align investments with corporate priorities, provide executive visibility, and drive improvements in delivery and outcomes.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure benefits realization, risk management, and streamlined decision processes. This role is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with coordinating investment inputs and translating analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience enabling executive leadership through strategic planning, governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across Product Infrastructure.
• Establish and manage portfolio roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through portfolio reviews and investment recommendations.
• Develop portfolio health metrics, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting structures.
