Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio strategy, governance, and execution for Product Infrastructure in a fully remote US role. You will align investments with corporate priorities, drive governance, and enable cross‑functional delivery across multiple programs.

You will partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, Network, and Operations to validate assumptions, manage risk, and optimize benefits realization. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio/program/product leadership roles.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and executive decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning and governance across Product Infrastructure.
• Develop portfolio roadmaps aligned to long‑term strategy and business outcomes.
• Coordinate executive decision‑making through portfolio reviews and investment recommendations.
• Establish portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
