Job summary

TRAC Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Operating Executive (REMOTE) to act as the quarterback for onboarding and integration of new portfolio company investments.

This role will coordinate across finance, HR, technology, and operations to ensure smooth transitions and long‑term scalability. You will lead strategy, governance, and program management across deal teams and portfolio management, driving value creation and close collaboration with company founders and boards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience working with private equity portfolio companies, management consulting, or related operating roles.
• Proven track record leading M&A integrations, synergy realization, and post‑close execution.
• Strong foundation in finance (FP&A, accounting, capital structures) and ability to engage with founders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration across portfolio companies, building high‑impact teams and value creation.
• Oversee onboarding of multiple portfolio companies and post‑merger integration across finance, IT, HR, and commercial functions.
• Develop and implement integration playbooks, synergy tracking, and reporting processes.
