Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, accounting, valuation, and investment-analysis skills.
• Experience in corporate development, M&A, or transaction advisory.
• Ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and external advisors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and boards.
• Proven track record of presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Development & M&A: shape the acquisition strategy, manage a pipeline, and engage with targets and owners.
• Drive Transaction Analysis & Execution: build detailed financial models and coordinate diligence across functions.
• Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: own high-priority projects and turn analysis into actionable plans.
• Partner With Leadership: translate analyses into decision-ready recommendations and keep leaders informed.
• During the first year: establish a disciplined pipeline, build priority relationships, and lead integration planning.
