Solventum is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Execution to drive integration and separation planning for acquisitions and divestitures. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain detailed plans and milestones to ensure value creation and continuity.

You will support governance processes, lead engagements with deal partners, and help align the organization with strategic objectives while maintaining Solventum’s brand and values. Remote work is available with travel as required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of overall professional experience in the Health Care industry or adjacent industries, in roles in Commercial Strategy, Corporate Development, or Transformations.
• Proven track record supporting complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Outstanding project / program management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate integration and separation activities across functional teams with a focus on value creation and business continuity.
• Support the development and maintenance of detailed integration and separation plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of integrations, ensuring acquisitions achieve deal model metrics and key milestones.
• Track progress against key milestones and identify risks, dependencies, and issues requiring resolution or escalation.
• Support governance processes, including steering committees and functional and workstream leadership.
• Be a strong carrier of the Solventum brand and values in engagement with deal partners.
