Job summary

CapeTalent is seeking a Remote Portfolio Delivery Manager (Contract) to coordinate demand intake and downstream delivery across Learning Solutions, Delivery, and Platform teams. You will translate business needs into coordinated delivery plans, manage dependencies, and ensure requests progress through intake, readiness, and deployment.

This 6‑month engagement requires strong PMO/Agile experience, expert Jira/Smartsheet usage, and superb communication.

Qualifications

• Proven project or program management experience with PMO practices.
• Experience coordinating across content, delivery, and technology platforms.
• Familiarity with governance, demand management, or capacity planning concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Demand Intake and Upstream Coordination: manage requests, document scope, and align on timelines.
• Downstream Coordination and Delivery Readiness: coordinate teams to ensure resources and dates are ready.
• Supply Chain Tracking and Visibility: maintain status in Jira/Smartsheet and provide updates.
• Prioritization Support and Governance: surface constraints and improve processes.
