Qualifications

• Experience navigating agency or carrier servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Triage agency and policyholder questions on coverage, renewals, and policy changes.
• Reconcile quoted terms, issued records, and premium details before recommendations.
• Escalate complex coverage interpretations and service exceptions to appropriate partners.
