The candidate will triage questions, reconcile terms and premiums, escalate complex interpretations, and document outcomes in servicing platforms, ensuring accurate endorsements and clear guidance

Qualifications

• Three or more years advising on coverage, renewals, or premium questions.
• Working knowledge of policy lifecycle, endorsements, and carrier workflows.
• Ability to interpret policy language and explain options clearly.
• Experience navigating agency or carrier servicing platforms.
