Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support program management, policy review, metrics generation and reporting at ICE. The role is fully remote and available to CONUS candidates.

Responsibilities span drafting congressional responses, building strategic relationships, and translating complex policies into clear communications. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a US government environment and excellent written and oral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience working in a dynamic, quick-turn US government environment.
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with federal law enforcement managers and experts.
• Analyze, interpret, and convey complex mission-related policies in clear language.
• Track and report progress of tasks and reports for senior leadership.
• Assist with ad hoc research, process improvement, and fast-moving projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for timely responses and assignments.
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to client needs and challenges.
• Ensure cross-discipline teams stay on track with project requirements and deadlines.
• Develop, gather, and disseminate information to customers and external stakeholders.
