Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support DHS ICE program management, tasking execution, strategic planning, and reporting. The role will handle communications, policy analysis, and client-facing documentation in a fully remote CONUS position.

The candidate will develop executive-level materials, build relationships with federal stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate responses to requests. Clear DHS suitability clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in a US government environment is a plus.
• Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support drafting responses to congressional correspondence.
• Build strategic relationships with federal law enforcement managers and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and convey complex mission-related policies clearly and succinctly.
• Track and report progress of written tasks and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc research, process improvements, and fast-moving projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses to requests and ad hoc assignments.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Support cross-discipline team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
