Job summary

GovCIO seeks a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE with data analytics, reporting, and policy tasks. The role is fully remote in CONUS, with optional in-person work in DC as needed.

You will pull data from systems like ServiceNow and SharePoint, build dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with federal stakeholders to deliver timely responses and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors with 5+ years of work experience (or commensurate experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working in a dynamic, quick turn US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support on various activities including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Pull data from systems such as ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards, and tasking responses.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal managers and SMEs.
• Analyze and convey complex mission-related policies in clear language.
• Track progress of tasks and reports and support ad hoc research requests.
