GovCIO is seeking a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support DHS ICE missions in a fully remote role within CONUS. The role involves preparing responses to congressional inquiries, coordinating with federal managers, and translating policy requirements into actionable artifacts.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in a dynamic US government setting, with eligibility for DHS clearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with federal law enforcement managers and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and convey complex mission-related policies in clear, concise language.
• Track progress of high-profile written tasks, subtasks, and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc research, process improvements, and fast-moving special projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses to requests and assignments.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to client needs and challenges.
• Support cross-discipline teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Develop, gather, and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
