Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist for a remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States. The role collaborates with Project Managers, finance, revenue teams, and customers to support project setup, contract management, budgeting, and invoicing while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and understanding project budgeting principles.
• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems, with Oracle experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to satisfy applicable citizenship requirements for U.S.-based positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain customer contacts, shipping locations, and invoice delivery requirements.
• Maintain customer billing rates and invoicing requirements, including charge numbers and related project controls.
• Document customer systems and associated system access requirements.
• Coordinate project updates resulting from customer-driven changes, including organizational changes and business transitions.
