Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to join the PMO team and drive outcomes by supporting project setup, contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and compliance across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, finance and revenue teams, and customer stakeholders, document requirements, and help implement continuous improvements and standardization across PMO processes. Remote position in the United States, with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and budgeting principles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet citizenship requirements for U.S.-based positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, maintenance, and administration per contracts and standards.
• Review contracts, classify, and maintain documentation.
• Document customer requirements for PMO, budgeting, invoicing, and access.
• Partner with Project Managers to support changes and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across PMO.
