• Design a data‑driven self‑assessment using risk models and EVMS data.
• Evaluate PM systems for DOE 413.3B alignment and best practices.
• Support cost and risk analyses for DOE reviews and PARS reporting.
• Lead operations and coach project teams across the PMO.
