Job summary

Affect is transforming behavioral health care by delivering 100% virtual, evidence-based treatment through a smartphone app and a dedicated care team. We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Illinois for a full-time remote role to conduct telehealth evaluations, treat substance use and mental health conditions, and prescribe medications with collaboration from the care team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Illinois.
• Active license in your state of residence if different from Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health.
• Experience prescribing Suboxone.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
• Provide care for substance use and mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions.
• Complete timely documentation in our EHR (Healthie).
• Collaborate with your care team and participate in scheduled team meetings.
