Affect is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based telehealth care for substance use and mental health conditions in a fully remote Illinois role.

You will collaborate with counselors and case managers, prescribe Suboxone when appropriate, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and hold an active PMHNP license in Illinois. DEA registration and Medicaid enrollment are preferred.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Illinois (Medicaid enrollment a plus).
• Active license in your state of residence if different from Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (addiction or mental health preferred).
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA registration.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (covered by Affect).
• Comfort using technology and telehealth/EHR systems.

Mansioni

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
