Job summary

Affect is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Ohio for a fully remote telehealth role focused on substance use and mental health care. You’ll lead member care with a collaborative team of counselors, therapists, and case managers, delivering evidence-based treatment in a virtual environment.

Required: active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio, DEA, 2+ years in addiction or mental health, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health.
• Experience prescribing Suboxone.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
• Provide care for substance use and mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions.
• Complete timely documentation in Healthie and participate in team meetings.
