Affect is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a fully remote team serving members with substance use and mental health disorders. You will provide evidence-based, virtual care, collaborating with counselors, therapists, and case managers.

The position emphasizes experience with Suboxone prescribing and complex mental health cases. Illinois licensure is required, with potential for additional state licenses as needed or supported by Affect.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Illinois (Medicaid enrollment a plus).
• Active license in your state of residence if different from Illinois.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
• Provide care for both substance use and mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions.
• Complete timely documentation in our EHR (Healthie).
• Collaborate with your care team and participate in scheduled team meetings.
