As a PMHNP in Illinois, you will join a collaborative care team to provide evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, with telehealth evaluations, DEA-registered prescribing, and EHR documentation using Healthie.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Illinois or eligible for multi-state licensure
• At least 2 years experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (cost covered by employer)
• Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
• Comfort using EHRs and mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions
• Complete documentation in Healthie EHR
• Collaborate with care team and attend occasional meetings
