Affect is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead virtual care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. You will work with a collaborative team of counselors, therapists, and case managers in a fully remote setting.

You must hold an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio and have experience with Suboxone prescribing. This is a full-time remote role in Ohio with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio.
• Active license in your state of residence if different from Ohio.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health.
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA registration.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (covered by Affect).
• Strong empathy for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile applications.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
• Provide care for both substance use and mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions.
• Complete timely documentation in our EHR (Healthie).
• Collaborate with your care team and participate in scheduled team meetings.
