Affect is transforming behavioral health care through a fully virtual model, combining mobile tech with counseling and medical services. We seek a PMHNP to lead member care on a collaborative team, treating substance use and mental health in a fully remote environment.

You must hold an active PMHNP license in New Mexico and be prepared for cross-state licensure if needed; Suboxone experience and DEA registration are important as part of our evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in New Mexico.
• Active license in your state of residence if different from New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years of addiction or mental health experience.
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (covered by Affect).
• Strong empathy for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
• Provide care for substance use and mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions.
• Complete timely documentation in our EHR (Healthie).
• Collaborate with your care team and participate in scheduled team meetings.
