Peregrine Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our full-time remote clinical team. You’ll provide evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients aged 5+ via telehealth, with no nights or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Experience providing psychiatric medication management.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases using strong clinical judgment.
• Commitment to full-time practice.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems.
• Deliver care through telehealth while building strong, trusted relationships with patients and care teams.
• Contribute to behavioral health programs that continue to evolve with community needs.
