Job summary

Peregrine Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed Tennessee PMHNP for a fully remote clinical role. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients aged 5 and up.

The position offers autonomy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and telehealth delivery. Compensation includes a focus on meaningful clinical work, predictable hours, and support with licensing, credentialing, technology, and care

Qualifications

• Active DEA registration.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health.
• Experience providing psychiatric medication management.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases with strong clinical judgment.
• Experience treating patients across the lifespan.
• Commitment to full-time practice.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
• Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance-use conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain timely documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems.
• Deliver care through telehealth while building trusted relationships with patients and care teams.
• Contribute to behavioral health programs that evolve with community needs.
