Job summary

Top Tier Psych is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care remotely. The role involves conducting evaluations, prescribing medications, and creating treatment plans while working with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have an active PMHNP certification and strong communication skills. Salary range is $110,000 - $140,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in peer consultation and case review.
• Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
