Job summary

Peregrine Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Tennessee for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients aged 5 and older, collaborating with primary care, therapists, and care teams.

You will have autonomy to make evidence-based decisions while Peregrine covers licensing, credentialing, technology, and care delivery support.

Qualifications

• Active DEA registration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical PMHNP experience.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health.
• Experience providing psychiatric medication management.
• Ability to manage complex cases with strong clinical judgment.
• Experience treating patients across the lifespan.
• Commitment to full-time practice.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients aged 5+.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and side effects.
• Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care, therapists, and care teams.
• Maintain timely documentation in EHR systems.
• Deliver care through telehealth with remote patient relationships.
• Contribute to evolving behavioral health programs.
