Job summary

Peregrine Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, 100% remote clinical role focused on compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll evaluate and manage medications for patients aged 5+, with no nights or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license and DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience prescribing and managing psychotropic medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EHR systems.
• Deliver care through telehealth while building strong, trusted relationships with patients and care teams.
• Contribute to behavioral health programs that evolve with community needs.
