Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based care to adults and older adults. You will integrate psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation (TMS/Spravato) in a fast-paced clinical setting with a strong care-coordination framework.

Responsibilities include evaluations, tailored treatment planning, and active intake management, with measurement-based care tools and interprofessional collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
• Board certification as a PMHNP by the ANCC.
• Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation).
• Active DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active NP license and NP furnishing number in California (NP103 status preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adults and older adults.
• Develop tailored treatment plans.
• Manage psychiatric disorders using pharmacology, psychotherapy, and non-pharmacologic approaches.
• Maintain active intake schedule with follow-up visits.
• Utilize measurement-based care tools.
• Collaborate with care team.
• Identify patients for interventional psychiatry referrals (TMS/Spravato).
• Maintain accurate medical records per policies.
• Engage in clinical consultation with the team.
