Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based care for adults and older adults, blending psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and neuromodulation options like TMS and Spravato in a rapid-access clinical setting.

You will conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, manage disorders with pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches, and coordinate with a care team to refer patients for interventional

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
Board certification as a PMHNP by the ANCC.
Active DEA registration.
Current BLS certification.
Active NP license and NP furnishing number in California (NP103 status preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for adults and older adults.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches.
Maintain an active intake schedule with follow up visits.
Utilize measurement based care tools.
Collaborate with the team to provide optimal care.
Identify patients appropriate for interventional psychiatry (TMS/SAINT, Spravato) and initiate referrals.
Maintain accurate medical records per clinic policies and regulations.
Work closely with a clinical team for feedback and consultation.
