Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based care to adults and older adults, combining psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation such as TMS and Spravato in a rapid access setting.

You'll conduct 90-minute evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor care, and collaborate with a clinical team to refer patients for interventional approaches while maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliant

Qualifikationen

• Masters or Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• Board certification as PMHNP by ANCC.
• Active DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Active NP license with furnishing number in AZ.
• Experience with Measurement-Based Care and interventional psychiatry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adults and older adults.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage psychiatric disorders using pharmacology, psychotherapy, and non-pharmacologic approaches.
• Maintain intake schedules and ensure follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer for interventional psychiatry as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with policies.
