Salma Health, a brain health company, seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based care to adults using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and interventional approaches like TMS and Spravato. You’ll conduct 90-minute diagnostic evaluations with Measurement-Based Care in a rapid-access setting.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, route patients to appropriate pathways, maintain records, and participate in high-volume scheduling while advancing brain health

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Nursing.
• ANCC PMHNP certification.
• DEA registration, BLS, AZ NP license and furnishing number.
• Experience with Measurement-Based Care and interventional psychiatry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adults and older adults.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and manage disorders with pharmacology and psychotherapy.
• Maintain active intake schedule with follow-up visits and utilize measurement-based care tools.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer for TMS/Spravato interventional treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with policies and regulations.
