Job summary

Eleanor Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Georgia for a remote, 30-hour per week schedule with potential to increase hours. You will provide MAT and other psychiatric care via telemedicine, coordinating with the team to integrate medical services with holistic support.

The role requires an active GA APN license, GA DEA, MSN or higher, and PMHNP national certification. Compensation for 30 hours is prorated from $130,000–$140,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Georgia Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license.
• Active DEA certification in Georgia required.
• MSN degree or higher required.
• Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for MAT and psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.
• Collaborates with Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and team to integrate medical services with holistic support.
• Ensures care and documentation comply with state/federal laws and CARF standards.
• Participates in CQI initiatives.
