Job summary

Eleanor Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join its remote treatment team. Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, you will provide direct MAT and related psychiatric care via telemedicine, collaborating with the Practice Administrator and clinicians to integrate medical and whole-person support services.

This 30-hour-per-week role requires an active Georgia APN license, Georgia DEA certification, MSN or higher, and the PMHNP certification.

Qualifications

• Current active, unencumbered Georgia APN license.
• Active Georgia DEA certification.
• MSN degree or higher.
• National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Mission-driven and motivated to transform SUD care.
• Ability to work across teams and take ownership.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and handling multiple tasks.
• Available for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.
• Collaborates with Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and team to integrate medical and support services.
• Contributes to culture valuing mission, initiative, ethics, and collaboration.
• Ensures medical care and documentation comply with state/federal laws and CARF standards.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
