Job summary

Eleanor Health is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Washington to provide MAT and psychiatric care via telemedicine. This remote role requires WA residency and up to 20 hours/week.

Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, you will collaborate with the treatment team to deliver evidence-based care, ensure compliant documentation, and participate in CQI initiatives while upholding the organization's mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current active, unencumbered Washington APN license.
• Active DEA certification in Washington.
• MSN degree or higher.
• National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Mission-driven and motivated to transform addiction and mental health care.
• Ability to work across teams and take ownership.
• Available for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.
• Collaborates with Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician and team for integrated care.
• Supports mission-driven culture and collaboration.
• Ensures care and documentation comply with state/federal laws and CARF standards.
• Participates in CQI initiatives.
