Job summary

ARC Middletown, CT, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for remote practice across designated states. The role includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and after-hours coverage, with a focus on addiction treatment delivery through a multidisciplinary team.

Starting pay is $70/hour, with a schedule that includes weekends. Requires licensure in CT/GA/other listed states, CAQH onboarding, and experience in telehealth. Location: Remote with state residency requirements.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC required and valid state license.
• Unencumbered RN/APRN license with DEA; multi-state licensure.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute initial and 30-minute follow-up psychiatric evaluations via telehealth or in-home as directed.
• Manage psychiatric medication and withdrawal care, MAIT/MAT, and related documentation in Aura.
• Review admissions, sign treatment plans and orders, and coordinate across locations.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend call coverage and staff education activities.
