This role offers clinical autonomy, predictable W-2 compensation ranging from $180k to $215k, and minimal administrative burden. Candidates should be board-certified with at least 4 years of experience in outpatient psychiatric care. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
