A virtual psychiatry practice is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will manage outpatient psychiatric care, offering flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $180K to $215K annually, with a supportive operational structure. Candidates should have at least 4 years of post-graduate clinical experience and be board-certified. This role focuses on lower to moderate acuity populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry‑based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g. anxiety, depression).
• Maintain clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling and session structure.
